Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available to customers located within 50 miles of our Plano, Texas office for qualifying items less than 80" wide and other approved products.

Orders outside the 50-mile service area may be subject to standard shipping or freight charges.

TRANSPORTATION

Any damage caused during transportation by a third-party carrier is not the responsibility of Shades Point LLC. All claims for shipping damage must be submitted directly to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Orders requiring shipping are sent via courier or freight service. Items exceeding 9 feet in length may be subject to additional freight charges.

CUSTOMER PICKUP

Customers may choose to pick up their order from our Plano office by appointment only.

You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive without confirmation, as orders may not yet be prepared.

Pickup is available during regular business hours by scheduled appointment.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within one business day of receipt.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or available for pickup after 12:00 PM on Fridays, on weekends, or on federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may be extended. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Return & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations after the material has been cut one working day after the order has been placed.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if prior authorization and a return number has been given by the factory. Merchandise returned must be in our original packaging.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT

Do not hesitate to call the factory if there is a problem. We will repair or replace at no cost any blind not made to specifications. Obtain a return authorization number and return to factory. Products that we do not manufacture directly will have to be dealt with their respective manufacturer.
